Three members Jason Barry and Tonyleft Masterton at 8am heading to Mitre Flats for the day.
It was a very present day for a tripinto the hut. We all commented about how warm it was for the middle of winter.The clubs Mountain Mule pack was pulled out of storage and carried by Jason as no one else were very keen to carry it. The reason the Mt Mule was used was it was the only wide pack that would fit the Mitre Flats Map information board the club had made last year.
We installed the sign and then had a relaxed lunch before heading back to the road end.
