Te Kopi 5-7 February 2022
Having already booked the cottage at Te Kopi, 5 of us (Janet, Doug, Denise, Mike and Laura) decided to disregard the weather and enjoy some time away. The cottage is one of two old rangers’ accommodation and is really comfortable. The main cottage sleeps 6 and is reasonably well-equipped. The 2 cabins are very basic and sleep 2 each.
Of course it rained and rained all weekend but the food and the company were great! We ended with fish and chips for lunch at Lake Ferry and then walked round to “inspect” the plantings at the wetland area.
